That kind of long hair would be...gross. But sometimes long hair can be pretty sexy in a strange Medieval Times sort of way, haha.
My friend did her hair like that and it looks incredible. I'm not sure how it would look on a guy, but you could try.

Aw really? That's really sad. I remember I was close with this guy once & he told me he was doing drugs & stuff. I cried so much. He was just getting high all the time. And then he got kicked out of school. I couldn't imagine how I'd react if someone in my family did drugs. I hope your brother stops using them though.
